Renaissance Orlando Resort - Disney Springs Area

Great location for the parks and walking to Disney springs.

Interior felt a bit dated and some parts of the room felt unclear or neglected.

The hotel is located very close to Disney Springs, a plus. . The rooms were very nice and clean. Very nice restaurant and bar. Staff was very nice.

The exterior could use some landscape trimming. Bushes were over growing walkways in front. Empty cans were on the walkway for 2 days we were there.

The property was beautiful and the rooms were spotless and so spacious. The bar/restaurant was also excellent. The staff were so friendly and the breakfast included was definitely a bonus. We were also given drinks tokens to be used at the bar/pool bar which we weren’t expecting. The shuttle bus to the parks was prompt at the hotel and at the parks.

location to Downtown Disney & Outlet Mall is exceptional

the King Room w/Balcony overlooking Pool is an annex from the main Hotel Bldg; the air conditioning (in the middle of July) was sub par... i had it on the lowest 65 setting with the highest fan setting and still had problems sleeping as it was way too hot for me, and the patio furniture was not clean (okay for wet bathing suit but not for morning coffee in pj's)
