Excellent location. We could see the fireworks at both magic kingdom and Epcot from our balcony
The $50 deposit they charged to my account

Convenient to all the parks, walking distance to Disney Springs! The staff were amazing. Would stay there again.
The fact that they wanted to wash our carpet while we were in the room. I did not want to sleep in a room with a wet carpet.

Super spacious room, large and comfortable bed, helpful staff. The shuttles to the park were also good and efficient.
Nothing in particular.

My room was right outside of the ice machine so whenever it kicked on I could hear it in my room (319). Also it said a balcony room. It didn't say you directly looked at and heard machinery. It did not say how badly the view was. I came from a Holiday Inn Express right on the ocean in Daytona which said balcony. It was beautiful unlike the balcony in Disney Springs.
Be clear about the view from the balcony. Fix or move the ice machine do we don't hear it throughout the night.

"部屋に電子レンジが付いていた為、外で買ってきたものを気軽に食べることが出来て良かった。またディズニースプリングスからも15分弱で歩ける為アクセスも良かった。"
