Lovely Hotel perfectly located in the heart of Manhattan and you can easily walk around the center of the City. Very professional and polite staff and great Rooms and beds.

I find it unprofessional and horrible to have an indication as Free Breakfast for such a good Hotel 4 stara or more, and practically to serve just a so called "grab and go" little snack of one little item to eat and one drink either coffee or juice. Breakfast is mostly important to people who want to explore the City and it would be at least honest to have buffet rather than a limited options (5) choice. That is a reason to avoid this Hotel or any Hotel which gives a "breakfast included" indication for such a disappointing offer.

Cool spot and comfortable, stylish, pristine rooms albeit small but this is Manhattan. Excellent location. The staff we met were all delightful, friendly and helpful—thanks to everyone including Feliciano, Dinet, Arielle, Tashi and Dipak.

Rooms can be noisy with people talking at the lifts and staff opening utility doors. Reception staff asked me about my stay and seemed very put out when I suggested that the breakfast could have been better. In very clear terms I was told I was wrong and that the cafe is a different company. This unfortunately ended the stay on a negative note instead of staff taking the feedback.
