The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Facilities were great! Breakfast was really good. Location was fantastic. Centre of everything.
Having to use lifts all the time could be annoying when it was really busy. Wish there was a stairs option. One room between 4 people was very cramped and there was not e a lot of space for our luggage and belongings.

Great location
Breakfast a bit tight
6 / 10平均·2026年10月
The location was perfect for us, as we were seeing a concert at Madison Square Garden. It was less than a 10 minute walk.
The price was extremely high for the size of the room. There was no microwave or fridge. Two of us have celiac disease, which is covered under the American Disability Act, and the free breakfast had nothing we could eat. We did ask for the accommodation.
