Legacy Vacation Resorts - Disney and Lake Buena Vista

Loved the price and the location wasn’t bad. Staff was amazing and the room was huge! Plenty of space for all of us to spread out after a long day.

The rooms need updating. They were pretty worn down and had a dirty feel to them because they were so old. Our family hated how far from Disney the location was. After a long day it got annoying getting back to the hotel and mid day traffic made the round trip over an hour if you’re trying to take an afternoon break.

We like the size of the unit as well as the convenience of having a full kitchen and the location to Disney Springs

The decor of the unit could use some upgrading in particular the bathroom

Size and location to all the parks , rooms big lots of space

Noise from Aircon inside and outside , slight musky damp smell , random noise from boiler or some other thing inside the unit. No kettle

Staff was accommodating when the air conditioning was not working in our room. They promptly offered to let us switch, we were upgraded to a renovated room at 130 am.

Our original room was very run down, rusted bathroom fixtures, carpet torn in living room. Mold in the shower. The jets in the tub had not been run or cleaned in a long time. The AC was not cooling. There was what appeared to be a blood stain on one of the pillows. After moving to a new and renovated room which was absolutely massive and an upgrade. I found one palmetto bug dead by the toilet which I picked up and flushed. Okay we live in Florida I can over look that. Found a 2nd in the corner of the livingroom, then another popped up in the hall, and another in the 2nd bedroom, then a worm under the dining table. Impressed by the staff offering to switch to a new room after advising the AC was not working but not by the property. This is what I would call a shiny turd.
