Proximity to ICON park and Universal, access to gym and pool in sports complex next door, free parking.
Hotel feels basic, but spacious rooms and clean.
Booking.com showed “breakfast included” in rate but according to reception, that is only for 2pax - not all pax included in the booking. No indication of that in the text on booking.com at time of reservation, extra charge to cover kids above 12.

Clean and close to everything

Great location and polite front desk staff.
The hotel lacks proper maintenance and cleanliness. The room was dusty, housekeepers did a poor job, and the sound insulation was weak with a lot of noise between rooms.
Additionally, some furniture was damaged or missing (drawers were missing and the wardrobe couldn't open properly).
