Location was good. Room needs some cleanup up and updating.
Baseboardstrim and bathroom door need to be cleaned and painted. The room had a slight odor. AC died not stay on all the time. It cuts on And off which causes sleep interruption. Need more shelves for rest talks on the bathroom.
