Location and complimentary breakfast.
It is dated but in a good location.

Loved the location, pool to ourselves, but no hot tub. Other activities we did not make use of. We felt safe & enjoyed a free breakfast!
It was definitely within budget as it is an older facility and outdated to be called a resort. Parking was free but a distance from the room.

The location, off the main highway, was convenient for our car trip along the Kancamagus Highway, from Maine through New Hampshire, returning to Boston Logan airport.
Terrible security - no key required to access the main hallway from the secluded parking area. Shabby, old decor, not in a "vintage' or "funky" way.
