Alles war Bestens! (nur die Bratpfanne müßte ausgetauscht werden)

Wir waren nur eine Nacht in der Wohnung auf der Durchreise. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, super ausgestattet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Altstadt von Freiburg ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

Die schriftliche Kommunikation war sehr verwirrend und umständlich, weil Hinweise von mindestens drei unterschiedlichen Emailadressen uns erreichten. Auch die Bezeichnung des Absenders wechselte mit jeder Nachricht. Absprachen, die mit dem sehr freundlichen Personal an der Rezeption getroffen worden waren, war dann anderen Briefeschreibern nicht bekannt. Das hat uns sehr gestresst. Es ging um die Zubuchung eines Parkplatzes. Auch musste man 3x einen Check-In (das erste Mal einen Pre-Check-In) per Mail vorher ausfüllen. Das war völlig unverständlich. Am Ende hat alles geklappt, aber es war nervenaufreibend und müsste klarer und einfacher organisiert werden. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war dann sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das hat uns nervlich entschädigt.

The apartment was clean, beautiful, comfortable, and overall lovely. We appreciated the free coffee and water greatly. The location was above a bakery/restaurant and close to a grocery store and gas station. We would absolutely stay here again!

The only thing we did not like is that we had to walk by other apartments windows/doors to get to the larger part of the outdoor loft area.

Comfortable and a lot of space. Loved the terrace. Location is good, close to supermarket, bakery, nice playground for kids, tram to go downtown, nice pizza place and a small kiosk in the gas station.

It was very nice overall and I can imagine staying there again - but just to mention things that could make the experience even better as there is always room for improvement, are for example to have a small basket (like laundry basket) so that a toddler/baby can have a bath in the shower (and you can also use it for laundry), a more updated/better coffee machine would be nice (we used mostly the filter), in the summer it would be nice to have the option to barbeque on the terrace (maybe one could borrow one on the floor as there are about 4 apartments on the floor rented out). It would also be nice to have a better separation between the terraces (to have more privacy). But if two families are renting each apartment it can also be nice to have the option to share the terrace as well… I also felt a big broom/mop would have been nice to have for the floors as it can be nice to have that with kids who frequently drop food, are dirty with sand from the playground, etc. And it would also be nice to have total blackout curtains in the bedrooms and the small radio did not work very well but would be better to have perhaps a a bluetooth/radio speaker.
