Check-in was very clear and smooth. The apartment was immediately ready for me. It's spacious and bright. There was a fan by the bed, which I appreciated a lot! Coffee the next morning was a nice touch too.

The location on a busy road is a bit noisy in the early night and early morning and it was a bit too warm to close the window, but it quiets down in the middle of the night, and I still slept well with the noise of the fan blocking out traffic noise.

We rented a series of one-bedroom apartments for various family members coming for our daughter's wedding. The apartments were all clean, well furnished with a well-supplied kitchen. We also had access to the laundry facilities in the basement. The staff are all very helpful and cordial. The apartment is conveniently located to the train and tram stations, restaurants and grocery stores. We will definitely stay here again should we return to Freiburg.

We had no issues with our stay. However, be aware that there are no elevators so we had older family members stay on the ground floor. Additionally, you will hear some street noise if you open the windows, but that is the tradeoff for living in a convenient location.
