Central location! The staff were really helpful. We arrived into Palermo via ferry very early in the morning. We were allowed to leave the luggage at the property and which allowed us to explore Palermo. We were also able to leave the luggage after checkout as we had a night ferry out. The staff were really accommodating and the room itself had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable.

Any notice from the street. The bed was good.

Between 7 and 8, the noise started. The crew outside the room were talking very loudly and making noise with the tableware. The worst part was the woman at the front desk. She spoke only in Italian, not a single word of English, trying to explain things to me as if I should already know them, and making faces like I was a fool.
