This is a very conveniently located property that has amazing views of the water! Our family really enjoys staying here and can't wait to come back next year. The protected parking and elevator access are great amenities that make bringing our 80 year old mother here super easy! She loves to just read and enjoy the views of the water while we head down to the beach for some fun. I highly recommend this property!

The views were remarkable and location was fabulous. Challenges with the WiFi were constant and few amenities (paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc.). Price was a bit high.

We rented here for a family vacation. Pros- The large windows overlooking the harbor were wonderful and fun for the grandkids to watch the passing fishing boats, seals, dolphins and many birds and relaxing for the grownups. The proximity to the main beach and bay beach was great, with easy walking distances for the kids. It’s walking distance, on the boardwalk, to Belmont Park, which was fun for the grandkids. Despite being at the end of the peninsula there is quick access to the freeway to get to nearby attractions ie zoo, sea world, Coronado island etc. The gated parking is great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook and plenty of utensils and dinnerware for large families. The linens were clean and plenty of towels were available for each bathroom. 2 bedrooms have views of the harbor and a queen in each which was a treat for our married children. The other bedrooms were street side with a Queen and a twin bed in each. Worked great for the grandkids. A nice Washer and dryer were great to have. Cons- The San Diego airport flights takeoff often and go over the location. Just a heads up to sensitive people. The cars can be noisy too. The house was clean but the floors may have been missed when last cleaned. Our feet and grandkids feet were black on the bottom. The main problem was the lack of WiFi. It would work then stop. We rebooted several times but it didn’t help. Spectrum was notified to no avail. Overall it’s a very nice place.
