We had a wonderful stay in the apartments , Venice, and Lucerne. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organised, offering excellent value for money. The kitchens had all the essentials, and the warm, timely communication from the hosts made everything so easy. It truly felt like a **home away from home**. We loved our experience and would happily recommend these apartments to others!

The only uncomfortable part of our stay was the checkout experience. The lady arrived before the scheduled checkout time, and her behaviour made us feel a little uncomfortable. We would appreciate more courteous communication and consideration for guests’ privacy and comfort. Make my complaint more diplomaticMake my feedback clearer and stronger

Excellent location, beautiful and comfy space, and wonderful communication with Corinne (who even helped us arrange a gondola ride). We loved returning to the apartment each day after exploring Venice. We especially loved the large kitchen table, comfy beds, and the washer/dryer. Plus, the books and games added an extra touch of home! Wonderful stay.

Comfortable and spacious, well appreciated with everything you could need!

Nothing.

The location was great and very central, only a 7 minute walk from the Rialto bridge. The apartment was very spacious with a great living and kitchen area.
