The unit was renovated and clean. The only thing that the carpet on the coridor downstairs is not clean.

Reviewer Comments:
Rented this condo for 4th of July weekend and had a great time. The space is big and well located. Its a 2 story with most of rooms on the first floor and the master, living room and kitchen on the second floor. We were 9 people but there was an extra bed we didn’t use.Overall we enjoyed staying here!

We had a wonderful time but I like clean and it was a little lacking. When you open the front door the mats, rugs looked awful! The carpet upstairs was really stained and did not look nice at all. Apparently the fridge went out so we got a loaner which was great but no ice maker so that was a bummer. Everything else was pretty clean, kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms were clean .
