Onsen options and facilities were adequate. Good location near to train station (3 minute walk).

Complementary massage chairs, was used by some guests a little too long.

The best hotel we stayed at in Japan! The price is very reasonable, the room is great, spacious, and very well equipped, and the hotel’s common areas are excellent. The hot spring bath is AMAZING, WONDERFUL, REALLY, REALLY GOOD! There are also massage chairs, a relaxing area, and, most importantly, the breakfast and the late-night ramen are both excellent. The staff is also amazing, very attentive, and they speak English. Excellent service overall!

I didn’t like having to leave the hotel. <3

Location was great, the onsen was outstanding, we used it twice a day and almost had the place to ourselves. Our room was compact but perfectly suitable, who spends time in your room anyway! And the breakfast, do yourself a favour and get breakfast included. Amazing Japanese rooms…and the dishes were beautifully presented. Make sure you try the wagyu steak!!!
