The building is really neat, and a large space for the money. Good facilities, and if it had a washer, it would be complete. Overall, we loved it. The parking was fantastic and the gate made it very safe. Also, as it is right under the runway, it is a cool place to stand and watch planes.
As it is right under the runway, there is no escaping the noise. We brought earplugs to sleep with, so it wasn't a problem.

Planes flew over but, honestly, we didn't hear them. The hotel was really quiet. It was our first time booking into a hotel with no reception lobby. We used codes for all gates and entry points, so it didn't feel very welcoming, if that's the vibe you're after. Thank goodness, cleaning staff were at hand. The ladies were superb, and helped us check in and out. They run the joint. The hotel is very convenient for ordering an Uber and getting to the airport.
It's a bit bland. Convenient I suppose, because it is near the airport. But being a Sunday there were literally zero restaurants open and those cafeterias that were open nearby were shabby, student-run, and the food was awful. But it was one night and fine in the circumstances. Ideal, I imagine, if you are working in the area (university is close by) or need to be near the airport for an early morning start.

Lovely hotel with a charming courtyard, great location. Super clean rooms, great service staff. We stay here every time we are in Lisbon. Very good restaurant 2 minute walk from hotel.
