100% sprawdzonych opinii9 / 10Wyjątkowy·paź 2026
The property is beautiful and it’s a great experience to stay. Great location and walkable to Gion (around 30 mins) and lots of temples. Quiet area to retreat back to. Loved the pyjamas set out and facilities to do your own laundry. They also helped us with forwarding our luggage which was great.
The staff weren’t really available at the desk, no one was really there during our stay but they were responsive over email. We had to pay a late check in charge and if you’re checking in during normal hours you have to collect the keys from Kyoto station.

Great location, rooms are delightful, facilities were ideal for what i needed. Staff were very helpful and access was easy with the keycodes. There was even a washing machine which was well timed for my travels.
Everything was great. 👍🏼
