Very clean.
Excellent location, right next to the Castle and easy walk to the bus station.

Friendly staff, a nice balcony, kitchen and other amenities. Plenty of showers and bathrooms so you're never left waiting. Beds/bunks isolated with curtains while still roomy.
Somewhat expensive for a hostel with shared rooms. I ended up sharing my room with a heavy snorer, but that's not the fault of the property and it's part of the luck-dependent hostel experience.

The location was good, walkable and next door to Inverness Castle
Just the overall facilities were not that great. They didn’t have any iron which is kind of weird. Just a suggestion: please provide fans and air spray during the summer months as the room I was in was extremely stuffy and it was hard to breathe.
