Emerald Faarufushi Resort & Spa - Deluxe All Inclusive

We stayed at Emerald Faarufushi for our honeymoon, and it was genuinely one of the best experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was exceptional: the island, our villa, the restaurants, the spa, the activities, the excursions and, above all, the people. What made the biggest difference was the staff. Everyone we met was genuinely friendly, kind and helpful. Nothing ever felt forced or overly formal — there is a real warmth to the service here, and by the end of our stay we felt incredibly well looked after. A very special thank you to Tharif, our Villa Host, who was incredible throughout our honeymoon. He was thoughtful, kind, extremely responsive and always available whenever we needed anything. He took care of every detail and made the whole stay completely effortless for us. The food was another highlight. We tried the different restaurants throughout our stay and were consistently impressed by both the quality of the food and the service. Aqua became particularly special to us, largely thanks to Arres, who is simply the best restaurant manager we could have asked for. We had some great conversations with him, and he was always incredibly friendly, attentive and genuine. A huge thank you as well to Sulh, Sajid and Adel at Aqua for taking such good care of us. We also want to mention Virendra and Latheef, who were always kind and helpful, and Prasanth from the kitchen. And a special mention to Donny at breakfast — not only a genuinely nice person, but also responsible for some of the best omelettes we have ever had! The pool bar was another place where the service stood out. Sonu provided fantastic service and was always friendly and attentive. And thank you to Lalith, who somehow also became our unofficial honeymoon photographer and took some of the best pictures we have from the trip! We had a great time with Niraj, the bartender, and especially enjoyed the molecular mixology class.

What wasn't to like, it's The Maldives. Soooo happy I picked Emerald Faarafushi, from the moment I arrived I felt special, every member of staff would greet you and obviously so politely. The manager was always around to greet you, the chefs and waiting staff wow, perfect food and service. The choice of restaurants was great. The cleaning staff were always smiling and came twice a day to clean your villa. I chose a beach pool villa, my word what an epic place I thought I'd died and gone to heaven. Literally my bed had a view of the most beautiful colour water it was astounding. The spa was gorgeous I had such lovely treatments. There's so much to say but there would be pages and pages lol. Tharif my villa host was just soooo nice, he was always there on WhatsApp if you needed something he'd sort it out. And he'd remind you each day of where you were booked for lunch and dinner and if the weather wasn't great you could message him for a buggy ride, such a friendly guy. Honestly if I could be back here at this resort each year I would be. Thankyou soooo much, I didn't want to leave paradise xxx
