Emerald Maldives Resort & Spa - Deluxe All Inclusive

I am coming from the banking industry where client focus is important, and I must say I was blown away by the staff’s impressive laser focus on guest experience and precision in execution. The staff went beyond our expectations in many ways in the little details that make the difference. Luxurious exotic natural setting, great food, great reef (be sure to check the northwest area opposite the water villas), great gym and sports facilities (we love working out), world class kids club (kids were literally running to the kids club, staff was amazing), very clean (my wife is clinic-level maniac and even she was impressed). We spent two weeks in the family beach villa with lap pool and we absolutely loved it, magical, one of the best holidays ever, and we have been to many places around the world. We rate it 10/10

Our stay at Emerald Maldives Resort & Spa was truly a dream come true! Everything was absolutely beautiful, from our stunning water villa and breathtaking ocean views to the delicious food and excellent facilities. What made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality of the entire Emerald team. Everyone was genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Our personal assistant took wonderful care of us from our very first day until our departure. A special thank you to the amazing staff who went above and beyond to make my birthday celebration so beautiful and memorable. Their thoughtful surprises and genuine efforts truly touched my heart. We felt welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout our stay. The service was beyond excellent — a perfect 10/10!

Our stay at Emerald was beyond incredible. It ticked every possible box and even offered things we hadn't realised we would need. From the moment we were met at Malé airport, every worry was taken away and we were welcomed into a completely carefree stay. Our beach villa was impeccable, the room service was fantastic (thank you, Foysel) and our villa host was wonderfully attentive and responsive (thank you, Sid). The house reef, together with the complimentary snorkelling masks and fins, turned every day into an adventure without our having to stray far from the villa. All of the on-site restaurants, as well as the buffet, served meals of the very highest quality. The gym, fitted out with modern Technogym equipment, was a pleasant surprise. The additional activities were equally impressive - we enjoyed two massages and the turtle snorkelling tour. The tour group was refreshingly small (just six of us) with two guides, so each guide looked after only three people, which made the experience feel genuinely personal. All in all, it was a warm, personable and truly memorable experience, and the trip exceeded all of our expectations.
