Location is great easy to access metro stations and 7/24 open Restaurants and markets
Room smells musty there was a room air cleaner but stopped working at the second day. Also we were staying at the across of the main building so access to the laundromat was limited they say we can use at 08.00am to 10.00 pm but ln the morning main gate wasn’t open so I go and use 7/24 laundromat nearby.

Great position super close to the metro, konbini and restaurants.
It is close to Shinjuku but in a calmer area where you don’t have noise and can enjoy peace after a whole day around.
Everybody was super helpful and kind. The room was super clean and with all necessary for a super comfortable stay.
I liked everything!

The location is always spot on and the staff is friendly.

For location is perfect. In Higashi Shinjuku, walking distance from Shinjuku and Kabukicho its the perfect hub to explore Tokyo.
Quite small and not very clean place. Can get hot pretty fast in thr summer.
