Albert Arms

Excellent place to stay. This was my third time. Very comfortable and convenient. I will be back.

Bedside light needs a new bulb

Great location, room was well furnished and very comfortable. Nice touches with water and biscuits as well as tea and coffee. Friendly, helpful staff. Would highly recommend it.

Really nice comfortable room. Everthing we needed.

Nothing to dislike.

Nice staff. Good location in the middle of Esher. Clean sheets.

The rooms were very small. But worse than that, they were grubby. The carpets stained, the shower drain had hair in it, toilet seat was marked and loose, heavy dust and dirt on the window sills and vents. A tea tray is provided, but the little biscuit packs were open, one with a half eaten bourbon in it. There was an iron, which was nice, but no ironing board. The room was very hot (it was very hot weather, which is not the hotel's fault); the fan provided was very loud (louder than normal fans one has at home), which made sleep very difficult. Other small things, like the lamps weren't plugged in. bouncy cheap mattress and bed. Also, no breakfast available. Altogether a poor experience, sorry.
