Palladium Hotel Cala Llonga - Adults Only

The location and access to the ocean.

Nothing to dislike.

Lovely location, near a good selection of bars and other places to eat and the access to the sea was fab!

Paid for all inclusive but was limited to certain places. This wasn’t explained at check in or noticeable when we booked

Great location overlooking the bay and clean

The communal areas were a bit dated

The location is beautiful. The rooms are simple, but relatively clean.

The food was horrible. Poor quality. Unimaginative. Many items were incorrectly labeled. Missing serving utensils. The dining room chairs are heavy, difficult to move and take up too much space. The dining room staff seemed unhappy, but despite this they were kind and helpful to the guests. The floor of the hotel room was perpetually dirty. We ended up in a handicapped room which was uncomfortable for us. We didn't need the handicapped features. They would not change our room. The pool was in bad condition. The edging was missing or misaligned in many places and there were exposed screws and nails. The stairs around the pool area had been painted with a paint that was slippery when wet. The hot tub was frightening. The plastic was peeling and sharp. It was dirty and did not heat up. Disgusting. The guests were allowed to reserve chaise lounges all day without using them making the best locations unavailable for use. The gardening around the pool was completely neglected. I love cats, but there were many around the hotel in poor condition. They need to be spayed/neutered and fed. Their urine needs to be power washed from the walls. The hotels need to pay for the grafiti on the buildings across the cove to be removed or painted over. An effort to motivate completion of the incomplete, skeleton of the hotel on the hillside, or its removal. It is a depressing eyesore.
