Stylish, clean and comfortable. Love the sea view suite. We stayed 5 days with a 9 month old and had the best vacation of the year. Loved the availability of pool loungers and towels in September and the attentive staff and the morning breakfast selection. Lots of families with babies. The proximity to the sea was perfect. The concierge team made a super thoughtful present for my husbands bday. The French server with the mustache at the Japanese resto was world class. Live music acts were also very impressive Just overall an amazing vacay.

Lack of water. Two small daily cans in room and no filtered water anywhere. People stealing free water from the gym. Only 6 euro bottles at the bars and restaurants. It just seems like something that could be more freely available at a warm destination.

The cool Ibizan vibes, Al a carte breakfast.

The balcony was a joke! Too small with awful views unfortunately

I liked everything about the property , really super helpful and polite stuff , the best so far where I have stayed in Ibiza. They worked on having a nice lobby area but for the rooms seems like hotel was old with some refinements. The whole room floors and inside rooms the AC smelled very moldy and you can see it is not cleaned in the room the AC vent. That made me sometimes even feeling a bit dizzy just by coming in to the room floor and inside the room as it feels there is not a fresh air to breath in. The variety of the pools is good. Breakfast was ok but they offered a bunch of fruits with not many varieties of other food and only 3 different things à la carte - omelette, eggs Benedict and avo toast.. so ok but could be better for a 5 star hotel and price value.

As the AC is not cleaned smell is very bad and not healthy while you need to have all the time AC on as it is extremely hot and humid so you can’t have balcony doors open at all to get some fresh air. That’s something I felt was extremely bad for the baby we had. Indoor air is just really unhealthy and bed smell. The opening doors were so loud and squeaky which bothered and woke up out kid all the time. The pillows for a 5 star hotel are not really comfortable and everything felt always wet due to humid weather and AC.
