Melissi Beach Hotel & Spa

Absolutely amazing stay at Melissi Beach Hotel! We had a wonderful experience from start to finish and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ayia Napa. We arrived with a rental car, and the hotel has convenient parking, which was a big plus. Every single member of staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. You can really feel that the team cares about the guests and wants everyone to have a great stay. The hotel itself is very clean, well maintained and beautifully organized. The entertainment team was honestly one of the best I’ve ever experienced! We came with our two children, and the entertainment team were absolutely wonderful with them. They treated our kids as if they were their own, always making sure they were having fun, including them in activities and giving them so much attention and care. Our children absolutely loved it and had such a great time. It really made our family holiday even more special. The food was absolutely amazing! Every evening had a different theme, with a huge variety of dishes, plenty of choices and generous amounts of food. Everything we tried was delicious, and there was always something new to look forward to at dinner. The hotel also has a beautiful private beach, a large and clean swimming pool, spacious and comfortable rooms, and a really relaxing spa. The whole place has a great atmosphere, with plenty of areas to relax and enjoy yourself. The location is also excellent — close enough to everything in Ayia Napa, while still feeling like a relaxing resort where you can escape and enjoy some peace. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and genuinely didn’t want to leave. I would definitely come back here again without hesitation. The food was excellent! We took breakfast and dinner only - no lunch. The staff is friendly and the room was clean! The pool area was very nice!!!

The area between the pools and exit to the beach was somewhat untidy. Don't get me wrong - it wasn't dirty. It requires improvement. As some folks "forgot" litter by their sunbed (empty cans or small garbage leftovers...)

Me and my family of 11 went on the 6th of August to the 13th 2026 and had a fabulous time. They cater for all 11 of us and couldn’t help enough lovely food nice drinks great hospitality great location beautiful beach, which was private to the hotel all around, I would definitely score this hotel a 10 out of 10

The only thing I would say is they need more entertainment in the day and night for people who do not like going out, but the little entertainment they had was good

Location of the hotel was good nice and close to the centre of Ayia Napa, The main Bar man was nice and good to chat with. Outdoor facilities was nice, just a shame the weather the week we was there wasn't great so couldn't be fully enjoyed. Some days the food was nice but lacked quality. The manager when approached was friendly and took all our points onboard and seemed like he cared, just a shame some of the staff didn't.

Our stay at this hotel was ruined by what seems to be a lack of preparation to be open. We had stayed at the hotel just as the season was about to start. But the staff seemed like they was prepared to be open to guests. For the amount of money we paid for this hotel it was not worth the money. Staff was ill informed and also not great at there job. The child play facilities was good but ruined by the staff that run it. Also the adult entertainment was below poor. Only 1 evening did the entertainment actually entertain. Which was an outside band/Duo that was very good.
