Modest, comfortable clean room with mini fridge & Private bathroom. Use of Kettle, microwave, dishes. Staff was friendly & helpful. The Location was Great! Busy streets with many restaurants, grocery stores, souvenir shops, pharmacy, Many stores with in a few steps. Everything you could want & close to buses & trains. GREAT Value for the price & took me only 5 minutes to Bus which took me to airport.

I booked here bc of it's location to the buses. It was the least expensive place I stayed in Italy, & was better than I expected. Modest, Yes .... but so was the price! I enjoyed my stay, NO complaints

Bezproblemowe zameldowanie już o godzinie 14, możliwość codziennego sprzątania. Wygodne łóżko, okiennice w oknie i klimatyzacja. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja pomiędzy dworcem Termini a bazyliką Santa Maria Maggiore.

Trochę za mały telewizor, zwłaszcza podczas oglądania meczów mistrzostw świata. Brak dostępu do aneksu kuchennego z naczyniami i sztućcami.

The property was clean and centrally located to both the train station and tourist sites. The room is a bit dated but accurate for the price. The external bathroom was also clean but old. Aircon worked well and daily room service was nice.

Bathroom had some small bits of mold, nothing too unusual though or anything to signal it was unclean. Towels had stains. Room window didn’t open.

On the positive side, the hotel is located in a great spot—very close to the city center and Roma Termini station, which made getting around extremely easy. The street itself is lovely, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the hotel offers good value for your money.

I want to start with the main issue that really affected our stay. Our private bathroom was not located inside the room, but further down the hallway. Even though the staff assured us that other guests have their own bathrooms and won’t use ours, it was still very inconvenient to walk down the hall just to wash your hands.The worst part is that the hallway door to this bathroom was constantly unlocked, meaning anyone could walk in. Fortunately, the bathroom itself could be locked from the inside. A simple and necessary solution for the hotel would be to put a key lock on this bathroom door and give the key only to the guests of the room it belongs to.
