All staff are polite, helpful and dutiful.
Stella remembers repeat guests and had assist us with proffesionalism. We do enjoyed our stay in Aluna and shall comeback again as usual.
Room 602 the Hot & Cold shower tap are opposites color (red for cold & blue for hot). Bidet spray head release slow pressure making washing lengthy effort. Room aircon not as cold as the preset temperature.

The room was spacious, and it is at the Malaysian street so easy to walk around to find Halal Food. They provide Halal Breakfast (nasi goreng, mee goreng, bubur, fresh fruits, bread etc).
The bellboy were nice and very helpful. One of the staff named Stella was very nice and friendly. She can speak English.
We stayed at room 1206 which was on the 12th floor ... our toilet was leaking from the ceiling, and we cannot control the water heater.
If you're a Bruneian or Malaysian, the hotel uses 2 pinplug but don't worry, you can tell the receptionist and ask them to buy for you .. it is only for RM10.
