A good location just outside the heart of Hoi Ans main strip. The rooms are big and the king bed was great. Theres a pool for relaxing in after hot days out and about. The staff are very kind and helpful!
Sometimes it is quite busy when you walk outside the villa, but you quickly get used to it.

It’s super aesthetic like you won’t expect the room inside because their lobby is so simple but it’s so cozy. And also the staffs are very friendly and kind.

Close to the markets.
Very noisey. Located on busy main road and hotel is not sound proof. Facilities are not serviced (air con makes loud noise, you can hear the hotel staff, pillows are very lumpy, bed was very hard, bath was the shower so hard to clean yourself comfortably).
