This Inn is absolutely charming, clean and close to downtown so you can walk to restaurants and harbor attractions. Their staff is very pleasant and helpful and the rooms were very comfortable. We would stay there again anytime! Great alternative to sterile cookie-cutter hotel rooms.
If you have trouble with stairs, request a first floor room as there is no elevator.

Property was close to downtown.
Our room was advertised as superior King, but was on the 3rd floor, under the eaves which made getting into bed difficult with the sloped ceiling, as well as maneuvering in the bathroom. We are 70+ so 3rd floor was hard on us, as we came in and out several times a day. There was also a very steep step down from bedroom to adjoining small room which made trips to the bathroom in the dark difficult to navigate.

Breakfast was ok, staff very nice, location great.
There was a notice that rooms weren’t cleaned during your stay. Ok, fine although the price of the room should have been adjusted accordingly.
