The home does not disappoint! The home is well appointed, thoughtfully laid out, and has beautiful outdoor space. The kitchen is big, with multiple workspaces, the double & tons of appliances, I could go on and on. Book your stay today you won’t regret it. The host were highly responsive and communicative throughout the booking process and while we were there.

This place is beautiful if your looking for something close to running water, seams like your miles away from everything but your walking distance to downtown Estes Park , beautiful layout saw Elk on our first day .

Wonderful property. Plenty of room indoors for a large gathering. Big kitchen for cooking and entertaining. Proximity to activities is elite. The river noise adds to the ambiance, so peaceful.

House was filthy, yard had tall weeds, some windows opened and others didn’t and some screens were missing so didn’t want to open for bugs. Main floor toilet stuck every 2-3 flushes. Lawn furniture was wood or metal. Some pieces were broken and unsafe to use. Had hoped for comfy seating around fire pit and watching/listening to the water in backyard. House screamed neglect. Location was great — close to Estes Park and RMNP. A gem of a house if money and time were invested in it. So sad!
