It was a wonderful last minute choice I recommend this to any and everyone!!!!!!!! The best part about it was, it’s on the BEACH looking out of my balcony yiu could see the ocean and at night hear the waves crashing!!! All I can say is WOW!

The location is great. Again this year, there were problems with both elevators. The beach facing sliding door in the master bedroom was inoperable and the one in the living room was difficult to move. This was reported while we were moving in and never addressed. There was noticeable unfinished drywall/baseboard repair in the master as well. The washer/dryer was not level and walked around when used. We’ve stayed at Nautilus at least 10 years straight and several times in 2711. TV’s are cheap, yet the master bedroom TV for years has multiple lines distorting the picture. The pricing at Nautilus has risen far above the product. We love Okaloosa Island and the top floor end unit. The property location is fantastic. But, specifically, 2711 needs to be better maintained and upgraded in support of the “Million Dollar View”.
