Everything was very nice and clean! The Balcony was the absolute best. The only problem we had was the chairs that were part of the reason we chose this location. It was kind of a bummer on not being able to have a chair set up a little further away from everyone still in boundary of condos. Not anything crazy just given a little more room. I was actually charged 15 for that to be done on day 1, so o chose to go purchase an umbrella myself.

We had great views and all the amenities needed! I don’t believe you can stay any closer to the Gulf of America.

Condo was excellent, clean and a perfect location. Unobstructed view of the beach and beautiful water. Would stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: With the exception of a couple of issues it was good. The last night before we left to come home; I was awakened at 1:00am by the guests in the condo above mine having a loud party on the balcony. There was loud music and the glass door to the balcony was constantly being opened and closed. My wife and I packed and left since there was no going back to sleep.
