It was clean! Breakfast was wonderful.Staff were very kind. We used the pool but it was not heated. Very comfortable bed.
I paid more for a handicapped accessible unit. The bed was too high, the toilet was not raised, and it was a normal tub/shower style in the bathroom. Kinda lost my dignity having to have my adult daughter help me in and out of the shower. They were booked up for reunion and wedding so I didn’t ask to move. I pride myself on my independence.

Hotel was comfortable and easy to find. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast had a reasonable selection and a pancake making machine!
It was all fine.

Easy Parking, clean bedrooms, comfortable bed
The bedroom was clean but many stains. The breakfast is fine at best, had to wait many many times for things to be refilled with wait times of 10+ mins for each item, have had much much better at different IHG hotels, was not greeted by the first front desk person. Heard front desk person only person on duty so maybe more staffing to accommodate guests on the weekend.
