The resort is unique because of its prime location right on the pier promenade and the 5 star marina.

The modern and high quality furnished apartment is a bright 2 ½-room attic apartment for 2 - 4 people with 2 balconies. The almost 70 m² floor space or 63 m² living space consists of living room, bedroom, a small bedroom and a comfortable bathroom.
