The view was breathtaking and the cabin was very cozy and welcoming.

The property and setting was wonderful. Could use a few simple things like hooks to hang jackets , hooks on bathroom or bedroom doors for towels and robes. Kitchen floor mat needs replaced- it looked very dirty. Needed more dishwasher pods, towels. . Kitchen was very well stocked. Hot tub was a nice addition. Loved the location of this property. Tucked away and private. Had a wonderful time here. Would stay again

All the members of our church group were impressed of the cleanliness of the house, very good location and excellent service of the Destination Big Bear. We want to rent the same house in our next trip to Big Bear. God bless

The heater didn't work, the kitchen refrigerator was 40 years old. Smelled awful. Dining room and living didn't have sitting for 11 as was advertised for sleeps 11. Large table on patio but way too cold for outside. Mattress were worn out. The only thing good was the view of the lake.
