The view was amazing. The condo was clean with plenty of room for the three of us. My only negative is it’s time for a total refurbish. The furniture is old and the bathrooms could use updating on the showers. The kitchen could use new counter tops and cabinets. The location is also great.

Love this property. The location is fantastic being adjacent to the state park and simply taking the elevator to the beach. The grandkids loved it!

Reviewer Comments:
First time to Gulf Shores, and it was fantastic... quiet, relaxing... windy. The unit was exactly what we wanted, LOVED the huge balcony, nice furniture. We'll be coming back! (only down side, not the unit's fault: smoking allowed on balconies. NOT pleasant, but not often)

You only get 2 trash bags and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for the week. Bring your own! 13th floor is "P1", some confusion when got there and rental agency wasn't sure either. Keyless lock would be better; most have gone to this. Other than that, it was good.
