Cabin was nice and spacious perfect for family with kids. We weren't worried about the kids being kids in this cabin, which was what we were looking for. Cabin was low price which left extra to spend in town. But we had a blast. Would definitely stay again.

I come to Big Bear with family every year. This has been on of my best homes. Very spacious. The location was perfect!

We had a great stay at this home! The place was very nice, spacious, and extremely clean, which made our visit comfortable and relaxing. The communication with the host was on point from start to finish—they were responsive, helpful, and made everything very easy.Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we truly enjoyed our time here. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay, and I would highly recommend coming back in the future.

The booking process for the rental was pretty seamless. Rules for the home are pretty straightforward and what you'd expect. Unfortunately the house is a little run down and needs some TLC. Other reviews also mention this. One of the beds had a broken bed frame and was not usable. Thankfully the couch is soft so my oldest son slept there instead. The house is nice and cozy. There are lots of repairs that are needed that might annoy you, i.e. faucet that sprays off to the left when you turn it on, spotty garage door opener, inoperable TV in one of the room, etc. But it's close to the action of Big Bear, and the kitchen / bbq is pretty dialed in for making meals at home. I hate to give it a 3, as I am fellow VRBO host, but I want to be honest to any upcoming guests.
