We had the best week at this house. Very clean! Super close to the beach. I did not want to leave! Can’t wait to go back

We were wanted to find a place that is close to the beach. It was steps from the beach. And a quick walk to the pier and grocery. The parking situation was not bad due to being a bit off season. We lucked out having good weather. Wverytging was provided. Overall we would recommend this place.

Great lower unit house. Very close to the beach. The outdoor shower was super helpful. Parking is off street but very tight. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Property management was very responsive with issues but nothing was fixed. There were super loud crickets in the wall behind the fridge that made it loud at night and the bathtub in the hall bathroom didn’t have warm water. Our almost 4 year old and six month old really struggled with the noise at night and the cold bath. We had to give them showers which they hated. We thought maybe the water heater ran out of hot water after for the first bath so we didnt know it was an issue until we were leaving the next day. We didn’t want maintenance to come when we were leaving the next day. The only solution they had for the crickets was to spray for bugs but with kids crawling around the floor it didn’t seem like that was a safe option. The location was great and we really enjoyed how close we were to everything. I just think they needed to do a better pre-stay inspection. We loved Newport but not sure we’d stay at this house again.
