Location was great, staff was lovely

Way too small and cramped

The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel also has a lovely coffee corner, which is a nice touch. Although the room was small, it was beautifully organized, with excellent use of space that made it feel surprisingly comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that everything I needed was taken care of, including arranging an iron and airport transportation. I highly recommend this hotel without hesitation. It will definitely be my first choice whenever I visit Barcelona again.

Clean room, good location, and an average breakfast

A pair of our shoes went missing from the room. Shoes don't simply disappear, and it was impossible that we had lost them outside. After speaking with housekeeping, the manager repeatedly insisted the cleaner hadn't seen them, implying we were mistaken or lying. She was rude, showed absolutely no empathy, and handled the situation very poorly. There was no apology, reimbursement, or even a goodwill gesture. Very disappointing. Moreover, the room was very small, with hardly any space to open suitcases.
