Casual Belle Epoque Lisboa by Casual Hoteles

Everything, it was beautiful, clean, great staff who went out of there way to assist me with everything I needed. When they were informed my husband had been hospitalised they not only upgrade us to an absolutely beautiful room they helped me with transport & explained the quickest and best way to get around in the city. The overall experience was above & beyond excellent

Nothing it was perfect

Very friendly staff and very charming and large rooms, remarkably quiet despite being in Lisbon city centre.

Perfect location. It was walking distance to all the key sites in Lisbon...Plaza Commercio, Castle, Pink Street, and great restaurants. It was also easy to catch Ubers from here. The hotel and rooms were very clean and spacious. We were lucky to have had the suite in the top floor, which had the most magnificent view. Even though we were centrally located, it was not noisy. The streets also felt safe to walk around at night. The breakfast was ok but it did have a good variety. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

THe lighting in the room (especially bathroom) was a bit dim.

Great location and wonderful room. Very comfortable and bigger than I anticipated for the price during Lisbon’s high season. Checking in was easy and the staff were fantastic.
