Altis Prime Hotel

We stayed here 15 years ago and glad to see it's still going strong. This time we were allowed an early check in to our room which was much appreciated. Jorge was friendly and showed us to our room. The room itself was a double bedroom apartment with a living space. It was super clean and everyday the housekeeping staff were friendly and made up the beds so nicely. We had a massive king size bed and we had 3 children in the other room (2 beds + large cot). There is a hot tub / jacuzzi and loungers on the roof; also the roof was kept open late at night which was nice to have a beer and look at the view. We really enjoyed everything about our stay. Location is very good but note it is not right in the centre. However it's not that far and also we enjoyed the streets nearby (botanic gardens, bars and restaurants) and even kids play park even more than anything else in the centre of town.

Just a small suggestion that the sign beside the jacuzzi could state the operating times and mention it is weather permitting. However it was really good/clean and staff were happy to help.

Excelente ubicación e instalaciones. Ideal si vas en pareja, muy tranquilo para relajarte y disfrutar de la ciudad.

Limpio, amplio, moderno y cómodo

Everything was amazing, especially location and spacious room that we had

Breakfast didn’t have as many options plus the size of the lounge bar is extremely small

Czystość, funkcjonalne pokoje, lokalizacja

Hałas z ulicy mimo zamkniętych okien.
