We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! The condo was very clean, fully furnished, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our trip. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish, which made check-in and our stay very easy.The walk to the beach was a little farther than expected, but it was absolutely worth it for how quiet and peaceful the condo area was. The security staff was also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.The fishing nearby was fantastic, and we loved being within walking distance to several great restaurants and local spots. Overall, this was a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway, and we would definitely stay here again!

This unit is in the first building, it’s a bit of a walk to the pool area and beach. The condo itself was clean, beds were comfortable, the screened in patio was nice, washers and dryers on each floor.Condo does not have a beach view but trees block the road view and keep patio cool in the evenings. The complex is well kept, there is on site security at all times. The complex offers beach lounge chairs, and has a company that offers umbrella service as well. No need to pack your own chairs or umbrella umbrellas.Host was responsive and easy to work with

Everything was well run. The unit was as expected (clean and located nicely). Owner and local management were very accomodating. We would strongly recommend for a Siesta Key vacation.

Our stay at this property overall was not pleasant. As soon as we arrived we noticed cleanliness issues. Floors left our feet black, pubic hair in the shower, rings of leftover soap, dirty dishes in the cabinets, dust/dirt covered, sand, hair and dirt in the crevice of the futon when I let it down to inspect, hair in the drawers of the dresser, dirt still on rug in living room. Had to vacuum and wash dishes upon arrival. Why did we pay a cleaning fee!?! The following morning the condo owner had the in-house cleaning services come by and mop again, clean the showers, and put a cover on the futon. After dealing with all that, my family was harassed the pool on three separate occasions by security because my 3 & 7 year old were jumping from the ledge to me and my husband into the pool. They weren't running into the pool nor roughhousing. Just acceptable child behavior at a pool. No where on the entrance gate or check in paperwork does it say "no jumping". Security cared more about kids jumping in the pool than the broken door latch on the opposite entrance.-HUGE safety risk. Can't imagine if a toddler got out of a ground floor condo and snuck into the pool area and drowned. Another thing is the pictures on the listing DO NOT match what is actually there. There is only one rug & it's a dirty looking/feeling white one under the couch area, the patio actually faces a parking lot. I can NOT recommend this property at all. Owner never offered to refund cleaning fees either smh.
