We had a great stay! Kelli was super responsive! We loved the trolley stop right in front of the building. The public beach is 30 minute walk to main Siesta Beach and 12 minute walk to Crescent Beach so the trolley rides were perfect to avoid long walks and parking. Condo had everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrella and towels. The pool was perfect after a long day at the beach. We also enjoyed the pier out to the bay. Tons of boats! We loved the central location to Capt Curt’s and to Siesta Village. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay and it was a great place, very close to the beach. There were only a few things that were not ideal. First, there is a building hallway light that shines directly into the guest room at night and makes the whole room bright, simply adding thick or blackout curtains would help considerably. The opposite is true for the master bedroom, dark enough at night, but as soon as the sun rises it's sooooo bright in the bedroom. Again, simply adding thick or blackout curtains would help! Last thing, the shower in the master bath pipes made a very high pitched noise that was not pleasing... however the guest bathroom was fine, so we all just used that instead and the water pressure was fantastic. Overall it was a great place and would recommend it to others!

Our week in Siesta Key was amazing! The condo was comfortable and clean. The pool was perfect! We found it easy to utilize the free island trolley to get around (there’s a trolley stop right at the entrance to the condo complex) but I am really glad we rented a car as well. Our condo’s owner was very responsive via text, which I truly appreciated!

We appreciated that the condo was clean and well-kept. I booked this property specifically because the listing stated it was a 5-minute walk to the beach and included a free trolley running all day along Siesta Key. With three children, including one with special needs and another with limited mobility, proximity and reliable transportation were essential.Unfortunately, the trolley did not run on Memorial Day, and I was not provided with any helpful information when I inquired—only a general statement that it runs from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. I researched and found out that the trolley doesn’t run on Memorial Day. We were also not given instructions on how to access the onsite pool and clubhouse. Additionally, the beach was not a 5-minute walk as advertised; the nearest access point was exactly 1 mile away. When I asked, the owner confirmed the distance but didn’t acknowledge the discrepancy with the listing. There was also a bright exterior light outside the children’s bedroom that stayed on all night, and with no curtains, they couldn’t sleep. We got our own window coverings, which helped. Overall, we are grateful for the opportunity. However, while the condo itself was nice, the location and lack of clear, accurate information created frustration for us. These details made our stay more difficult than anticipated. Had we been given accurate information, we would have chosen a property better suited to our family’s needs.
