nhow London

We were very impressed by the design of both the hotel and the rooms. Every detail seemed carefully thought through. The room had all the amenities we needed and more. Excellent sound isolation, comfortable temperature, and impeccable cleanliness. The Wi-Fi worked well too.

A larger window would have made the room feel even better, but as we only spent nights there, it was not a significant concern. The main downside was the transport connection. The metro station was about a 12-minute walk away, and most other routes required using buses, which made getting around the city somewhat less convenient.

Quirky decoration, excellent rooms, good facilities. The doors to the rooms are made to look like house front doors which is a nice touch

Three of the cubicles were blocked when I went to use the facilities near the gym area. There was some confusion over the booking although I had already checked in online

The warm friendly welcome from dropping off my bags, to checking in, to providing me with a toothbrush and toothpaste (as I forgot to pack mine) to breakfast, to checkout! The decor is FUN and fresh, the complimentary robes, toiletries, water and cute tea supplies were dreamy. It's not too far from bus stops and a tube/train station. The breakfast offering is by fast the best I've ever seen out of all the places I've stayed, like a kid in a candy shop I was. The bar/food and lounge area is a great chill out spot. I honestly can't wait to stay again just for the enjoyment of it!

I didn't like it when I had to go home.... no complaints.

Everything was better than we expected, and the breakfast was amazing, so many choices! the beds were comfy and the showers worked well! Staff were also very helpful.
