Nice clean modern hotel in a great location with friendly staff.
One thing missing was a full length mirror anywhere in the room, this is something simple but really frustrating when you can’t see what your outfit looks like before heading out.

We love the room facilities, big bed and soft linens. It provides the needs of the guest such as slippers, bath robe, ironing board and electric iron, coffee maker and other supplies. The hotel is walking distance to Liverpool st. train station.
The reception staffs are helpful and have guided us how to reach Heathrow airport.
The hotel location is far from the tourist attractions like Buckingham palace and the Big Ben.

The third party provider used for breakfast is not up to the high hotel standards.

Good location, clean, great staff, comfortable bed.
Rooftop was closed for private event but I was not told in advance. Accessible room shower did not seem set up to manage spread of water and not enough towels to cope it meaning room outside bathroom was slippery and dangerous.
