All the Workers at the bar, and the lady at the front desk who checked us in had a great personality, very helpful and great customer service attitude!!! Great location. We felt very safe. Restaurant was ok but not our favorite.
I feel they could do better with cleaning the rooms. We can tell they made the beds but they didn’t change the sheets . They did NOT clean the toilet/bathroom. We could clearly see. Or vacuum because the floor still had dirt from the first day of our stay.

There was a friendly Italian guy in the Bar. Reception was ok. Not v good ok .
Housekeeping not efficient. Trying to avoid 🛀 ng the room. The shower not up to standards.

I had multiple issues I have raised with the front desk. No answers, not a proactive resolution, not even an email of explanation or apology after I have thoroughly expressed my concerns to the person at the desk (very kind) who said the matter would have been raised with the manager.
I would expect more from an IHG, specifically, a cleaner room for a start.
