The fully self-contained kitchen includes a microwave, while the lounge room features a large LCD TV with Foxtel for your entertainment. Ceiling fans are installed in both bedrooms and the lounge room to keep you comfortable year-round. Other features include a shared gas BBQ, a private washing machine, and off-street parking.
Centrally positioned, this flat allows you to park your car and easily walk to Main Beach, Horseshoe Bay, Back Beach, local cafes, restaurants, the Country Club, golf course, swimming pool, and the pub.
