Quality Inn & Suites Bristol North

Always stay where continental breakfast included. Options were typical, but noticed that food selections were still good even approaching end time. Location was perfect for event.

Hiccup with room at check-in. Bath towels could be larger and a bit more absorbent.

Shower mats should have been offered at checkin as there were no non slip surfaces on the tub. I wasn't aware they were available

The staff was super friendly and the location was really convenient for the Bristol Race and good eats + Shopping. Good Parking as well. The bed wasn't uncomfortable... wasn't the best or worst I have stayed in. It is a VERY quiet hotel. Couldn't hear outside noises and we stayed directly across from the elevator and didn't hear it.

Our room was SUPER small. It smelled dank and like mildew when we walked in. If you weren't in the bed or the bathroom, you weren't anywhere in the room. There was a spider and spider web in the window. The paint was peeling in multiple spots. We paid a lot for this hotel room and I feel like the value was not there for our money. I am sure prices increased due to race weekend, but had I known the room was going to be that small, we would have booked somewhere else. I am not a super boujee person at all and understood I was staying at a Quality INN, but the pictures weren't descriptive enough and the smell in the room was concerning.
