Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is dated but had everything we needed. It was home away from home. Having a washer/dryer in the condo was a bonus, and I certainly took advantage of it. The location was ideal for us; it is close to the entrance to Smokey Mountains, a walking trail, and a walk to the shopping area. We highly recommend it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was the first one that was poorly outfitted ! We always stay at Park Place-12 yrs ! Just about enuf silverware & dishes. Barely enuf pots, ) we always do bkfast in ). The bedroom with the twin beds - no table b tween the beds & barely enuf light in there. The best was sitting out on the porch. Since we always stay at Park Place we were very disappointed with this condo. We were very disappointed in this condo- not what we have always gotten fro Park Place Condos. We should have asked 2 b moved to another condo as the property was empty.
