We had a wonderful stay at Park Place Condominiums in Gatlinburg from May 15–17, 2026. The condo was extremely spacious, very clean, and comfortable throughout our stay. One of our favorite features was the balcony overlooking the river, which was a perfect place to relax in the mornings and evenings. The location was excellent. We were able to easily walk to downtown Gatlinburg for shopping, restaurants, and attractions, while also being just a short walk from the trailhead for the Gatlinburg Trail. That easy 4 mile round trip hike into the Smokies was a highlight of our trip.Overall, this was a great combination of comfort, scenery, and convenience, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Big apartment. Family friendly

Reviewer Comments: For the most part we had a great experience, there were a few minor issues but they took care of them for us and made it right. These condos are so in need of updating, new beds, bedding, mattress as the current beds are clean but very uncomfortable. But as far as location this place has it, the view is great. Just some major updating needs to happen, it would make it a different place. We will be back for sure you just cannot beat how close but yet away it is from the main drag of Gatlinburg. Thanks
